You can spend months explaining polycules and lesbian bed death and internalized ableism - or you can jump into the important work with a therapist who's been there.
Neurodivergence, non-monogamy, queer and trans identity, and trauma healing are my specialties and I combine clinical expertise and tools with real world experience to help you grow and heal in ways that work for you.

Stefanie Stewart (they/them) is a trauma-informed and social justice oriented Mental Health Counselor offering online telehealth therapy to individuals and couples in New York and Connecticut as well as Mental Health Coaching. They also offer consultations to other therapists looking for guidance and support.

I provide case consultation and membership to therapists looking to overcome impostor syndrome and improve their confidence working with queer, non-monogamous, and neurodivergent clients.
Pricing Information
Investing in your mental health is an important decision and I'm here to help you discuss your options. Out of pocket sessions available with a waitlist for sliding scale and insurance spots. As a queer small business I do my best to balance giving back to my community and keeping the lights on. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out and I would be happy to discuss options.
For out of pocket clients who have out of network benefits I provide suberbills as a courtesy so you can seek reimbursement.
